The council of the Malta Basketball Association is pleased to note an increased interest in the sport both at club and individual level. Qormi together with Phoenix Sports Club have teamed up to take part in the Men, Women’s Senior and Under23 leagues. A new club, Tarxien, will be participating in the Women Under 14s and Under 16s league. This is a huge boost to the sport and also an encouraging start to the two year term of office of the new committee.
